Christmas, Christmas Time For Joy....

Coach and I had similar Christmas traditions growing up..which means somewhere down my genealogy line I have German in me, or my Grandpa Wallis just liked the German idea of opening presents on Christmas Eve!!
Then Santa comes on Christmas morning..my Santa's gifts were never wrapped, his always were. That has been our big compromise :-)!!

I love how in the photo above ou can see Big T trying to mimic his Daddy with one of my Santa gifts.

 And this is the other...I totally didn't need it, but I'm excited to have been so spoiled!!!

I tried it out and got some cool snowflakes...and I've trying other crazy things, that are not photo worthy!!

Blades of Glory!!

I really should have been a figure skater...not really, I love it, but I kinda suck.  I have no idea how to stop and I'm not the best at skating backward.  Coach is learning to stop, he is better at than I am and he skates backward quite well..but he is no hockey player...so I'm not sure how we are going to get Big T to be an awesome skater.  He needs to be so I can go watch his hockey games, and watch those amazing skating moves and fancy puck handling.
So to get him started we took him to Coach's and I's old stomping ground!!

Fire!!

 We don't have a shredder so we burn our mail that needs to be shredded...Mostly Coach gets to play with fire and we get to roast "mallo's".  Big T liked stomping out all the sparks that fell on the ground and eating the snow more than eating the marshmallows!!

I love Sledding!!

So yesterday Coach and I took Big T and some of his buddies with us sledding!!  The best part was that my College roommate called us as we were headed there and she was in town and wanted her son to play, so they got to go sledding with us!!!  Cas (my college roommate) is such an awesome person, I love her so much, and I was so excited to get to see her and her son Layton!!

We all had such a Blast!!
