How??

I can't believe how long it has been since I've blogged!!  Where has the time gone??
I am so curious how people manage their time with that can be on their plates!!!!

1. You are a Wife. This includes supporting them in their duties. For me, my husband is in school, he is coaching middle school football, and he is working/running his own business.  This is him being gone a lot.  This means having dinner ready!  For those of you who know me know I am not a fan of cooking!!! So this is a HUGE mountain for me to climb. At the end of the day you give your attention to him and lets be honest, you finally have an adult to talk to and share what happened during your day!! Then on those days we all have off..It is out of the house for us, or we are doing big projects.

2. You are a Mother.  You are teaching your children right off the bat to someday be respectful, contributing adults in society. This involves everyday battles of just about anything and everything :-)!!  In some manner throughout the day you spend your time teaching them , and involving them socially.  With my boy we also have him in sports, so It is taking time for practices and games. And on top of it all, showing them that they matter! Which could be playing with them and listening to them ramble about Star Wars!! I have a one year old who is very much a moma's boy and always wants me to be holding him or right next to him. (Teacher/Mediator/Playmate) ect...

3. You are the Cleaning Lady. Enough said.

4. You are the Inventory Specialist.  You have to make sure that your home is stocked with all the necessary supplies it needs.  That means bi-weekly runs all over town!!

5.  You are the Planner/Scheduler. Yep you probably sit down and make sure at least that Hubby knows what is going down for the week.  You have to plan out meals ( even I do and I don't cook them).  You make sure games and practices, and work are all covered for kids to be there or watched.

6. You are (possibly) a Business Owner.  I have just really started trying to make a business go this last couple of years, and it is so time consuming!!  For me it is Photography.  So I have to take time to MARKET, which I suck at so I'm trying to read and learn about how to do that better.  I always want to better my skills so I need to take(try and find) time for that.  Have shoots to go to and then the editing afterwards.  Plus Design work, that I guess goes with Marketing!! I need to be Facebook/Instagram/Blogging my business fairly regularly!! ) I don't do blogging at all and I'm not on top of instagram.

7. You (could be) a Referee.  As a mother this is definitely what you are.  But for me..I'm actually doing this for money.  Cuz we need the extra cash!!

8. I'm a Person(Woman). I want  do something for me.  I love to read books.  I have all these projects I want to do..Fixing up bunkbeds, making a couple of signs, redoing headboard.

9. Religion.  if I was being a decent Mormon, I would be going to church, doing VT, and reading scriptures on my time, doing FHE...I'm doing none I'm already overwhelmed with the tings I need to be doing

Social Marketing?!!?  I am a naturally very curious person, so I'm curious to see what is going on with others, and I feel like if your not on Facebook you miss out on a lot!!  I watched How I met Your Mother last night, and Robin's dad got married and she didn't know..he said " Well I put it on FACEBOOK, I updated my status!!" See my point?!!
But I want my family who I don't see to know what's up with us and my kids..and really it's probably become and addiction! This is A HUGE TIME WASTER....but I still want to do it, and do do it.
But with a business(especially photography) facebook and instagram are huge marketing tools.  So
I also have this blog that I have completely forgotten about, and feel guilty that I have.

As I wrote that I'm wondering..Does anyone actually read this ol' blog of mine??!!

So Really How do I do it??  How do I be a great mom and run a successful Photography business? How do I do that and also run a clean and efficient household?? How do I not lose who I am as a woman and be a woman of faith??

I know that it can be done because I see so many people doing it, so many of my peers are doing it.
How do you do it?......

ARRGG

My son, who I do adore and love, is driving me crazy!!

Big T is at this stage, I feel like we have been here for an eternity, of whining and intense frustration!!  Any thing that doesn’t work out just right is an immediate whine or yell.  I can’t seem to figure out how to get him to look at the situation or tell me about the problem more calmly.  We seriously have tried so many different approaches and I’m over it. ARGG...

I also don’t seem to understand him.  Today we went to a play date of sorts and they had a pool out but he refused to get in the pool. Pretty much everything that he did was by himself and didn’t really jump into the action at all.  It made me sad and so very frustrated!!  All he wants is me to play with him and so I thought that this opportunity to play with kiddos his own age would be great, but apparently not.  He has his own agenda and wants to play with their toys, but never the kids themselves.

I worry that he will never make friends, or that I will be his only playmate ever!!  I’m not going to lie, I sometimes hate being his playmate, it is hard for me to engage without getting bored or distracted.  Plus I can’t just get up and down and all around as easily right now.

I wonder if all this not making friends is my fault?  I seem to struggle with being more friendly and reside to stay at home where I’m comfortable and with someone I know enjoys me and gets me..(ME)!!  But I don’t want that for him, I want him to be more like his dad.  His dad can strike up a conversation with just about anybody.  When we are out and about he talks to strangers and makes them laugh, he is clever and witty and puts people at ease.  Not me, I make things more silent and awkward....

I’m seriously overwhelmed and sad and worried!!
I’m totally going to blame it on the prego hormones, which, by the way, I'm officially 30 weeks today!

SeaWorld & Zoo

In May we were able to go on a vacation!! Who doesn't love those?!  We were able to go with Coach's family to Sea World and the San Diego Zoo!! Big T loved, loved it!!

There were a ton of photos so I narrowed it down :-)

Sea World..
Some of Big T's favorite stops

We Went through the Shark and Turtle places a couple of times!!

The whole day at Sea World I didn't get a family photo, so right before we got in the vehicles to leave we snapped one :-)

San Diego Zoo:
I've just posted each of our favorite animals that we saw :-)
Coach's favorite:
Coach loves Camels, ever since he went to Iraq...(even this shedding one)
( He might have more favorites, but I can't remember..I'm blaming it on the prego thing)
My favorites:
(the baby giraffe was a week old, and 6 feet tall)

Big T's favorites: (he has more, but it changes from day to day, these ones are the constant)

(For all the family photos we didn't take throughout Sea World, I made up for it at the Zoo!!!)
